If you’ve heard about natural gas exploration, you’ve probably heard quite a bit about the need for safety and protection of groundwater. We agree, which is why we strive to educate the public about drilling and exploration. There are many misconceptions about the process, and it’s important to understand exactly how drilling works so you can understand what is and what is not being done in Idaho.

The most common questions are usually about safety. Some people mistakenly believe that the drilling process can somehow harm groundwater.
